Project Title: LGBTQ Youth Space GTZ Youth Outreach and Education Project
Description: To promote Guideline-based STD/HIV testing among young adults in Santa Clara County through a two-pronged approach: 1) to train a cohort of youth to become peer leaders and develop educational resources to inform their peers about the importance of STD/HIV testing; and 2) to host a health day, as part of the annual South Bay Youth Pride Festivalin partnership with a local health teen van to promote STD/HIV testing.

Colectivo ALA through Valley Medical Center Foundation

Project Title:Theater play
Description: To increase STI/HIV testing and access to PrEP/PEP targeting Latinx individuals, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ by developing and producing a devised theater play that will address the aforementioned issues.

Project MORE Foundation

Project Title: GTZ U=U Campaign Media Launch
Description: To launch the U=U campaign. The campaign will increase exposure, media coverage, public awareness, and community involvement of the GTZ priorities. Through the launch, attendees will acquire increased knowledge of the U=U campaign, as well as guideline-based testing, PrEP and PEP implementation, HIV care and retention, and reduction of stigma.

Project Title: Roots GTZ Project
Description: To strengthen its clinical infrastructure through staff training focused on HIV and STD counseling, including the institutionalization of three-site STD testing.

Project Title: Improved STD Screening at School Health Clinics
Description: To improve the quality of care provided by School Health Clinic to low income, under-served adolescents and adults for STI/HIV services through technology improvements and staff training.
