May 19th is National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

May 19th

May 19th, 2018 is National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The Bay Area has one of the largest Asian & Pacific Islander communities. Getting to Zero has partnered with Project Ohana in the Bay, a prevention project that focuses on reducing the risk of substance use/misuse, hepatitis, and HIV/AIDS in young adults. Project Ohana hosts a series of workshops that are tailored to address stigma and taboos in the API community. Together we encourage you to know your status and get tested.
